New Employee Onboarding Experience

The main goal for the project is to evaluate the current onboarding process at Apparel Redefined and make improvements to enhance the experience for new employees. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Interviewing current employees to gather feedback on the existing onboarding process. - Analyzing the current onboarding materials and procedures. - Researching best practices for employee onboarding in the industry. - Developing a proposal for improvements to the onboarding process. - Presenting the proposal to the management team for approval.
