It was a privilege to collaborate with the leadership team at IITTI on the strategic consulting project titled “Enhancing Employee Engagement and Promoting Workplace Diversity and Inclusion: A Strategic Framework for IITTI's Recruitment, Retention, and Performance Review Processes.” Throughout the engagement, IITTI demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive, engaged, and forward-thinking workplace. Their openness to collaboration, timely communication, and constructive feedback greatly enriched the consulting process. The organization’s transparency and willingness to reflect on current practices enabled our team to develop targeted, research-backed recommendations with real potential for long-term impact. Working with IITTI gave me an ideal platform to implement my skills related to employee engagement assessment while measuring Civility Index metrics. The employer replied in a prompt fashion to questions while giving specific constructive suggestions which enhanced project effectiveness. My appreciation was highest for the practical HR evaluation frameworks during this experience because they strengthened my ability to analyze and make decisions. Periodic check-ins added as a new feature throughout the project would help achieve better alignment and results by obtaining regular feedback.
