Community Role-Play Rituals: Practicing Hard Conversations with Courage and Care

The Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) is a research lab and design studio focused on preventing psychological exploitation and increasing agency for women and other marginalized groups. We create tools, simulations, and peer-to-peer systems that help users recognize manipulative behavior, build emotional resilience, and develop real-world discernment skills. Our interdisciplinary approach combines psychology, data science, narrative design, and social justice to address the hidden patterns behind coercive control, abusive dynamics, and relationship fraud. FIA is not just a tech company or wellness brand—we’re building a cognitive infrastructure for collective safety and self-determination. This project focuses on designing a peer-to-peer community support experience for women navigating emotional abuse, manipulation, or social isolation. Interns will help create a safe, structured space that is trauma-informed, inclusive, and accessible—particularly for women who are neurodivergent, queer, or from marginalized communities. The project emphasizes practical, beginner-friendly work, such as outlining user flows, defining clear community roles, and writing protocols that empower participants to act without needing permission. Optional role-play scenarios may be included to help members practice responding to difficult conversations around identity, class, and conflict resolution.

Scalable AI Pipeline Design for FIA Tools

The Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) is a cutting-edge organization developing educational tools, diagnostic systems, and conversational AI to prevent coercive control and relationship abuse. Our work bridges research, psychology, and technology to create tools that identify dangerous social patterns, build personal agency, and support early-stage intervention for at-risk individuals. Project Overview: We’re building a unique ecosystem where high-quality research is continuously translated into chatbot training data, user diagnostics, and interactive tools. Right now, this research-to-product cycle exists — but only in a highly manual, ad hoc form. Our goal is to create a system that is repeatable, efficient, and scalable . We’re seeking a student consulting team to: Analyze our current informal workflow (e.g., research collection, data labeling, chatbot content development) Propose a streamlined, strategic process for turning research into product features, chatbot content, and feedback loops Identify opportunities for workflow automation , process governance, and version control Recommend an operational structure (team roles, checkpoints, documentation protocols) that supports long-term knowledge retention and scaling

Bridging Research to Healthcare: Coercive Control Awareness Poster

The project aims to address the often-overlooked issue of coercive control in healthcare settings. Coercive control is a subtle yet damaging form of psychological and social abuse that significantly impacts health and well-being. Despite its seriousness, it is frequently absent from clinical conversations. The Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) has compiled extensive research on this topic, including survivor-informed language and best practices for support. The goal of this project is to translate this rich research base into an educational poster that can be displayed in healthcare environments. This poster will serve as a tool for both doctors and patients to recognize and understand the implications of coercive control. By doing so, the project seeks to enhance awareness and improve the quality of care provided to those affected by this form of abuse.
