I had the pleasure of working with Kanza through a Riipen project, and she was by far the strongest of the students I oversaw. From the very beginning, she distinguished herself with her professionalism, initiative, and dedication. She proactively checked in with me each week, asked thoughtful questions, and consistently looked for ways to add value to the project. Her communication skills are excellent — clear, reliable, and always professional. She demonstrated a strong ability to organize her work, follow through on commitments, and contribute meaningfully to real business challenges. Beyond technical competence, she showed maturity, accountability, and genuine curiosity, all of which are critical traits in a workplace setting. If I had funding available, I would hire her without hesitation. She would be an asset to any team or organization, and I highly recommend her for any professional opportunity she pursues.
